The Statler Owner Support Program (S.O.S.) is designed to provide owners and operators of Statler Stitcher enhanced Gammill Quilting Systems with the support necessary to master the systems inherent potential. Any owner or renter of a Gammill Quilting System enhanced with Statler Stitcher is eligible to join.
The annual membership program includes:
• Monitoring of the Gammill Quilting Systems/Statler Stitcher for software updates. Notification of release dates.
• Once released, upload instructions and links provided.
• Training Exercises designed to build a strong understanding of each Creative Studio release.
• Monthly newsletter with articles specific to the Statler System, Skill Builder exercises, new products and
accessory reviews, monthly 4 free patterns.
• Digitizing On Demand and Customized Skill Builder Training
• Long arm supply store with member discounts
Membership can be customized to include discounted on- site training and machine maintenance.
S.O.S. has a retail division and a individual division. To qualify as an individual member, you must be the sole user of your machine (no employees), it must be located in a residential location, and be used for rental income less than 20 hours a week. Individuals that participate in a Statler rental program qualify for individual membership. Retail Membership is designed for quilt shops and rental facilities that require a multi-use license for patterns and training exercises. Renters under a retail membership have access to training exercises and patterns obtained through the participating rental program but do not qualify for membership store discounts.
The Statler Owner Support Program membership fee is distributed over 12 monthly payments of $20/month for individuals and $40/month for retail members.
